2013 Cookery School Dates

Our dates for 2013 are as follows:

  • April 16 – 20th
  • May 14 – 18th
  • June 11 – 15th or 12 – 16th
  • September 10 – 14th or 11 – 15th
  • October 8 – 12th or 9 – 13th
  • November (Dates to be confirmed)

Price per person: €750.00 (flight cost not included).

A typical stay includes

  • Day 1:Transfer from airport to La Fenice. Dinner on arrival
  • Day 2: cookery school in the morning and activities in the afternoon.
  • Day 3: cookery school in the morning and activities in the afternoon.
  • Day 4: cookery school in the morning and activities in the afternoon.
  • Day 5 am: visit to local parmesan cheese creamery and balsamic museum.
  • Day 5 pm: Transfer to airport from La Fenice.

Outline of costs for Cooking School.

  • Rates include full board day 2,3 and 4, dinner on arrival day 1 evening; and breakfast on day 5 morning before departure.
  • Students will have their own en suite room (single, double and triple rooms available). There is no single supplement.
  • Bologna Airport or Bologna Downtown transfer.
  • 3 x 1/2 day hands-on cooking lessons.
  • Visit to Parmesan Creamery.
  • Visit to Balsamic Museum.
  • Organized walks to collect whatever is in season in the hedgerows and woods.
  • Each student will receive a customized apron and a recipe folder with the recipes of the week enclosed.

Price Excludes

  • Wine or other beverages consumed
  • Air Fares. Note: the purchase of adequate travel and holiday insurance is advised
